Looking for quotes on a stucco problem?
Don't email for that — the fastest route is the intake form. It asks the few things a contractor needs to know, including the cladding type and build era, and it goes to crews who cover your town.
Buying or selling a stucco home?
If a stucco item has turned up on an inspection report and there is a closing date on the clock, start with what actually keeps the deal together — the sequence is different when you are working to a contingency window.
Are you a contractor?
If you're a registered local crew who'd like to receive referrals, start on the for contractors page rather than by email — it collects what we need to verify you.
What to include if you're emailing about a stucco problem
Four things make an email immediately useful, and all four are things you can answer from the driveway: what the walls are made of (press firmly — rigid is hard-coat, a slight give is EIFS), roughly when the house was built, which elevation the problem is on, and whether anything has been done to the wall before. Photographs of the affected area and of the base of the wall help more than a long description does.
What we can't do by email is tell you whether your wall is wet. Nobody can — that takes an invasive moisture probe at the property. If that's the question, the inspection page explains what the test involves and what it costs.
A note on how we operate
We're an online referral service. We don't have a public phone line or a walk-in office, so email is genuinely the right channel — not a runaround. Whatever you send, a person reads it, and we reply within 1 business day.
We're not a contractor, we're not an inspector, and we don't take a percentage of any job. That shapes what we're useful for: pointing you at the right trade for your house, and being straight with you when the answer is that you don't need one.
Bucks County Stucco is a referral service — not a contractor. We connect homeowners with registered local crews and step back. We never perform, oversee, or warrant the work itself.
