What this service is

Bucks County Stucco, a trade name of Swell Ventures LLC, is a referral service. We introduce homeowners to contractors. We are not a home improvement contractor and we are not a stucco inspector. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, manage, or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

What we verify, and what that means

Before a contractor receives a referral, we confirm their Home Improvement Contractor registration status against the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's public register, and we record what we checked and when. Insurance is not part of that check, and nothing on this site confirms that a contractor carries liability cover.

Those checks describe a moment in time. Registration and insurance can lapse. A check is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a warranty of workmanship, or an assurance that any contractor is suitable for your job. You should satisfy yourself independently — ask for current documents, ask for references, and get more than one quote.

Your agreement is with the contractor

Any contract, price, schedule, workmanship, warranty, permit, or dispute is between you and the contractor. We do not hold funds and we take no percentage of any job. If something goes wrong with the work, your remedies are against the contractor.

Prices shown on this site

Every figure published here is a typical range for this area. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not an assessment of your property. Only a contractor who inspects your home can tell you what it needs or what it will cost.

No diagnosis and no inspection

Nothing on this site is a structural, engineering, building-science, or professional opinion about any specific property. In particular, nothing here tells you whether the sheathing behind your cladding is wet — only invasive moisture testing carried out at your property can establish that. Do not rely on this site as a substitute for it.

Your information

By submitting a request you're asking us to pass your details to contractors so they can contact you. See the Privacy Policy.

Using the site properly

Don't submit false information, don't submit requests for property you have no connection to, and don't use the service to harvest contractor details. We can decline or withdraw service.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, work, or conduct of any contractor, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law, including the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

The law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania governs these terms.
