How this works
Short version: you tell us once, we pass it on, you decide.
Bucks County Stucco is a free referral service for homeowners in Central Bucks County, PA. You describe your stucco problem once; we check which registered local contractors cover your town and do that type of work, and pass it to one of them. They contact you directly. We are paid by the contractors, never by homeowners, and we take no percentage of any job.
1. Describe the problem once
In your own words. A photo or two helps but isn't needed. A couple of minutes, no cost.
2. We check it and route it
We work out what kind of work it is — and, importantly, whether it is remediation work at all, because a stone house in Doylestown Borough needs a different trade from a 1998 colonial in Warrington. Before any contractor receives anything from us, we confirm their Home Improvement Contractor registration is active on the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's public register, and we record the date we checked. Insurance is not part of that check, and nothing on this site confirms that a contractor carries liability cover — so ask to see a current certificate before anyone opens a wall. For EIFS work we additionally look for manufacturer certification.
3. They contact you
One contractor — the one who covers your town and does that type of work. You will not have three companies quoting the same wall off three different theories. If they can't help, tell us and we'll pass it to another.
4. You decide
You choose who to talk to, who to get quotes from, and whether to hire anyone at all. We're not part of that conversation and we don't take a cut of the job.
What we don't do
We don't perform work. We don't supervise work. We don't inspect stucco and we cannot tell you whether your wall is wet — only an invasive moisture inspection by someone standing at your house can do that. We don't hold your money, we're not a party to any agreement you sign with a contractor, and we don't guarantee any outcome.
How we're paid
Contractors pay us for job referrals. Homeowners never pay us anything. That's worth knowing so you can weigh what we say accordingly — we have an interest in you making contact with a contractor, and no interest in which one you pick or whether you hire them.
It is also why this site tells you plainly that a large share of Bucks County stucco homes do not need remediation. A referral that ends in the wrong five-figure job is worth nothing to anybody, including us.
