Bucks County Stucco is a trade name of Swell Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we give it to.
What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the cladding type and build era of your home, a description of the problem, and any photos you upload. Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and pages visited.
Calls to our tracking number
The phone number published on this site is a call-tracking number operated on our behalf by CallRail. Calls to it are recorded, and the recording, your phone number and the time and length of the call are stored by us and by CallRail. An announcement at the start of every call says so before you speak to anyone. We use recordings to check the quality of the referrals we make and to settle disputes with contractors, and we share a call and its recording with the contractor the call is passed to. If you would rather not be recorded, email us at contact@buckscountystucco.com instead.
Why we collect it
To pass your request to contractors who may be able to help, to follow up with you about it, and to run and improve the service.
Who we share it with
This is the important part. When you submit a request, we share it with a contractor who covers your area. That includes your contact details and your description of the problem — they can't help you otherwise. That contractor is a separate business. Once they have your information, their own privacy practices apply to what they do with it, not ours. If they can't help and you ask us to try another, we pass the same details on again.
We also use service providers to run the site, send messages, and process contractor payments. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Text messages
If you consent, we and the contractors we refer you to may text you about your request, including through automated systems. Consent is never a condition of anything. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep request records while they may still be useful to you or to us, and as long as required for our records. You can ask us to delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Ask through the contact route on this site. Note that we can't retrieve information already passed to a contractor — you'd need to ask them.
Children
This service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top.
